Ali McManus, MEd., BCBA, LBA

Ali McManus began her career as a practitioner of behavior analysis in 2006 as a precision teacher. She achieved Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) status in 2019. Throughout her career, Ali has held supervisory roles in ABA service delivery organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership and possesses a graduate certificate in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Design.

Her experience includes delivering in-home ABA programs and center- and community-based interventions to children, adolescents, and young adults. Ali excels in conducting functional behavior assessments, creating positive behavior support plans, and designing and tailoring interventions across a wide range of skills from functional communication to pragmatic language to community navigation skills.
