Hi, my name is Aysha, and I’m an assent-based Behavior Technician at Accelerated Learning Specialists International. I’ve always loved working with people and building meaningful connections, which is what drew me to this field. My approach is centered on respect, compassion, and collaboration — I believe that learning is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to have a voice in their own growth.
